COUNCIL NAME STRIPS

     Several councils utilized the community strip-type patch with the council name, instead of a specific city or community.  In some cases, these were used by professionals within the council; in other cases they may have been used for Jamboree contingents.  These strips are considered to be more scarce that those used for localities within the council.
